Not worth buying them
Not worth buying them. Bought 2 different ones. Always had problems with the left side ones, even after charging they go off after a while or even not working immediately after charging. Shame, because when they work they are good quality. 1 star for this.

Fake newer received my earpods. And I am pretty sure I newer will. Communication is going in circles. Tracking code dosn’t work, the package is still i Japan for 3 month… bye bye money.

Ordered some headphones for a present…
Ordered some headphones for a present for Xmas through veryme vodaphone the money was taken but no headphones turned up contacted skull candy deny all knowledge of the order but they have the money so now have to take it up with my bank to try and get my money back merry Xmas skullcandy
THEY DONT WORK
THEY DONT WORK - I spent £55 on headphone via Vodafone and between 3 of us spending hours trying to get them working and a lot of research we still had no luck.
One headphone worked but wouldn't pair with the other one - then about 5 minutes later neither of them worked.
I can’t find them on Bluetooth now and the lights don’t work.
An absolutely terrible product that is not fit for purpose and the worst thing is I am unable to contact them as their website keeps timing out so I am going have to keep complaining to Vodafone until they sort it out.
The delivery was also a week late!!

Absolute Garbage Stay Away
I bought a pair of Jib 2 for £40 from a hospital shop to have something to listen to while waiting. They were rubbish. I sent them to Skullcandy and they sent me a voucher. I upgraded to Grind they were not too bad but failed on the first day. I received another voucher and tried the Push active they didn't fit well and allowed too much noise in so I returned them. I have today received the Sesh ANC they work okay (so far) but they don't stay put well they fall out of your ear. This whole process has taken 3 months.
There customer service is terrible. They refuse to give you a refund. I have had many earbuds at less than half there cost they still work fine. Do not buy there earbuds are garbage. Buy from Amazon at least if your not satisfied they will give you your money back.
Stay well away from this company.

Absolute rubbish. Cheaply made useless tat.
They stay charged for about 2 hours if you are lucky, at least one of the buds might. Usually one bud gives up straight away, so most of the time you only get one working bud.
Doesn't matter how long you charge them, they don't hold their charge.
Absolute pointless, over priced junk.
This is my 2nd replacement set in about 6 months.

they Steal your faulty items and not give a refund. Thieves
I bought a pair of ANC Earbuds at Bristol Airport. They became faulty in 4 months. Won’t charge. I complained and they asked me to send them over. They admitted a fault in warranty period. I asked for a refund. They refuse. They are bullying me to accept a voucher to buy the same rubbish again. Their attitude is rubbish and really low level bunch of employees. They said they can’t refund as I didn’t buy from them. I should go to the shop at Bristol Airport. I asked for my faulty item back to take to Bristol Airport and get my refund. They refuse and appear to have stolen my item and are bullying me to accept the stupid voucher. What happened to consumer rights in this place? In Europe I don’t believe we would have had to endure such low level of service! Anyone can help?!! Shall I call the police?!!
Takes multiple payments without order confirmation
I made an order for 2 pairs of ear buds and a headset. The order page refreshed and did not go through. I tried a second time and the same happened. Checked PayPal and 2 payments had been taken with no confirmed order. I have requested both to be cancelled, yet to hear back. Will never use SkullCandy's website again.

I returned a pair of Grind earbuds under warranty as the left one stopped working and they wouldn’t charge, a week later they sent my replacement which were the wrong model and colour. Trying to contact and communicate with customer service was near impossible so essentially I’ve been rippedoff of £70 thanks Skullcandy I will not be using your products again!

Ordered a pair one month ago, they never came I had to contact them to find out that they had been posted and returned with no contact. When we asked them what happens next they just refunded me. I did not want a refund i wanted the item... will never use these.

Bought Skull candy Sesh Evo after…
Bought Skull candy Sesh Evo after reading their website where they advised it could be connected to the app. First set I had was returned (which cost me £10 as I had to send back using registered mail) due to issues with charging unit. Tried setting up the second set to the app only to find that this model not not compatible with the app. Could have bought a cheaper set with same quality, spose my fault for believing the information shared on their Web site.

Avoid Avoid Avoid. Probably the worst company in the UK. Zero customer support. Zero communication. I suspect they only exist as a delivery hub for their American multinational. You can only try to contact them online, but you’ll find no one ever responds.

I have buy it and after they have not shipped and it gone to again in company and i have more then 15 time called in week but in call continuously 15 minutes and all time suddenly cut it my call and after they are not refunding also and not any response in email conversation . please be aware from to all people

Absolute dogcrapp - don't waste your money
This is my 3rd - yes THIRD - replacement set of these absolute garbage Dime earbuds since March of this year.
They only hold the charge for a couple of hours, so no use for any long periods such as travel or working, or endurance training, or sleeping, or even just enjoying music for more than 2 hours of your day.
At least a third of the time, only one bud works anyway, even though both were charged up fully at the same time.
Absolute dogCrapp.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CHEAPLY, BADLY MADE GARBAGE.

Not worth it
I purchased the Active Push earbuds. They arrived not working. Tried all the troubleshooting options. When I contacted them they tried to exchange under warranty, which was to avoid giving a refund. As the product was not as described I asked for refund instead of exchange, I had to quote UK consumer rights. The refund process was very slow & I found the whole interaction extremely unprofessional.
I used to be a real fan of skullcandy, but seeing as my last earbuds broke just outside of warranty, the purchased replacement pair didn't even work, and their lack of customer service I will never purchase from them again.
Buyer beware
